This round robin event.

Mixed Doubles on Saturday November 16 11am-2pm.

Women's Doubles and Men's Doubles on Sunday November 17 8:30am-12pm.

EVENT DETAILS:

Round Robin and then Single Elimination Playoff

ROUND ROBIN

-Each event will be spit in pools of 3-8 teams for round robin play

-1 game to 11, win by 1

SINGLE ELIMINATION PLAYOFF

-first two teams in each pool advance to playoff

-first and second teams from different pools will play semi-finals

-1 game to 11, win by 1

-winners play Final match

-2 out of 3 sets to 11 win by 2

-losers play for 3rd Place

-1 game to 11, win by 2

Additional brackets may be opened up for depending on demand.

The refund policy is as follows:

No refunds after 11/9/24

Full Refunds w/o fees prior to 11/8/24

We will monitor the weather and communicate with players about all schedule adjustments or cancellations. If events are canceled due to weather, we will refund your payment minus a $15 processing fee.
