The PPA Tour Italy brings top-level international competition to Europe, featuring PRO and Amateur events in a unique competitive environment. Amateur players also have the opportunity to compete in PRO draws and challenge top international players.
PRO EVENTS
- Format: Double Elimination (No Come-Around)
- Main Draw: 2/3 games to 11 (win by 2)
- Consolation: 1 game to 15 (win by 2)
- Medal Matches: 2/3 games to 11 (win by 2)
AMATEUR EVENTS
- Up to 12 players/teams: Round Robin / Pool Play
- 13+ players/teams: Double Elimination (No Come-Around)
Match Format:
- Pool Play Format: 1 game to 15 (win by 2)
- Playoffs: 1 game to 15 (win by 2)
- Gold Medal Match: 2/3 games to 11 (win by 2)
SKILL LEVELS & AGE GROUPS
Age Group 16+: Skill Level 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5
Age Group 35+: Skill Level 3.0, 4.0, 5.0
Age Group 50+: Skill Level 3.5, 5.0
Age Group 60+: Skill Level 3.5, 5.0
Age Group 70+: Skill Level 5.0
GENERAL RULES
- Events may be combined if minimum entries are not met
- Seeding based on DUPR rating
- Formats may be adjusted due to scheduling or weather conditions
DOUBLES REGISTRATION POLICY
- Both partners must register within 7 days
- Entry is confirmed only after both players are registered and paid
- No partner matching guaranteed
