This rule is in place to prevent scheduling conflicts and ensure smooth tournament operations.
Please note that if you register for multiple events on the same day, you will be required to withdraw from all other events on that day, except one (1).
The Tournament Organisers reserve the right to accept or deny entries at its discretion.
In the event a player who registered in both the Pro and Amateur progresses to the Pro Main Draw, it is the player's responsibility to report to the tournament organisers to withdraw from any amateur events that are of the same category as their main draw event.
PAYMENT
All players will be liable to a pickleballbrackets.com service fee of $5 USD per event with a max of $10 for both amateurs and pros, on top of their event fees.
AMATEUR PARTNER POLICY
Players must have paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid or without registered and paid partners will be moved to the wait list if the event is full or after 7 days post registration. Your spot in the main event will NOT be saved. If full registration is complete and there is room in the main event, you will be moved back to the main event. If the event has filled up in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until further notice.
AMATEUR PARTNER REPLACEMENT POLICY
After registration is closed, any registered player losing a partner must replace that partner with an already registered player. If a player’s partner withdraws before a replacement is found, the player will not be allowed to replace their partner. The replacement partner must be eligible to register for the event in question. Replacements need to be known and communicated to the registration contact/tournament operations desk by 6pm (local time) the day before you are scheduled to play.
