The safety and wellbeing of all players, spectators, volunteers, and staff is important to Pickleball Park NZ.
* Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to compete.
* Appropriate non-marking court footwear must be worn at all times.
* Players are encouraged to stay hydrated and take appropriate breaks throughout the tournament.
* Please advise tournament staff immediately of any injury, accident, or hazard.
* Basic first aid supplies will be available onsite.
* In the event of a serious injury or medical emergency, tournament staff will contact emergency services and assist as required.
* Players should not participate if they are unwell or unable to compete safely.
* Spectators and players are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner at all times.
* Any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, or disruptive may be removed from the tournament at the discretion of the Tournament Director.
* By participating, players acknowledge that pickleball is a physical sport and accept the inherent risks associated with participation.
Emergency procedures and evacuation information will be communicated to players and volunteers and displayed within the facility.
Tournament Director reserves the right to suspend or modify play if conditions arise that may affect the safety of participants.
