All events are doubles.
Players may register individually, however:
- you are responsible for securing your own partner
- the tournament will not match players
If you do not have a confirmed partner before registrations close:
- you must withdraw prior to the close date to receive a refund (less applicable admin fees)
- entries without a confirmed partner at close will not be eligible for a refund
* Event Formats
All events will be played in a round robin format.
The top two performers from each pool will progress to a single elimination pre-medal knockout draw. Where only one pool applies, the top four teams will progress.
Semi-final winners will compete for gold. Semi-final losers will compete for bronze.
Gender Doubles and Mixed Doubles will use traditional scoring with formats based on division size:
- 5 or fewer teams: first to 15, win by 2
- 6 or more teams: first to 11, win by 2
- Quarter-finals and semi-finals: first to 15, win by 2
- Medal matches: best of 3 games, first to 11, win by 2
Players are guaranteed a minimum of three matches per event where draw sizes permit.
Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded in each eligible division.
* Waitlist Policy
Due to limited capacity, some divisions may fill.
- priority is given to complete teams
- individual players without a confirmed partner may be moved to the waitlist
Entry from the waitlist is:
- not guaranteed
- subject to division availability
- remains at the sole discretion of the Tournament Director
* Tournament Director Discretion
The Tournament Director reserves the right to:
- review and adjust player ratings where required
- move players or teams between divisions if an incorrect event has been entered
- merge events with low registration numbers to ensure viable tournament play
- adjust start times to support the smooth running of the tournament
- modify schedules or formats where required due to external factors, including weather
- accept or reject waitlisted entries based on capacity and draw integrity
* Rules and Policies
This tournament will be conducted under the current Global Pickleball Federation Rules.
All participants are expected to compete in the spirit of fairness, sportsmanship and respect, and comply with all applicable conduct and behaviour policies.
* Court Allocation and Score Entry
This tournament will use SMS notifications for match and court allocation, together with digital score entry.
Please ensure your Pickleball Tournaments profile details are current prior to the event.

- bring your phone
- bring your reading glasses if required
* Photography and Videography
By entering this event, you acknowledge that photography and videography may take place.
Images and footage may be used by event organisers, partners and sponsors across digital, social media and promotional platforms without further consent or compensation.
* Live Streaming
Matches may be live streamed.
Video and audio recording may capture your image, voice and other identifying features.
Please be mindful of your behaviour and language around live streaming areas, which will be clearly marked.
