There will be fun, food for purchase, raffles and entertainment. FREE Snacks and water for Players Only. T-Shirt and Swag Bag for first 300 players to check-in to the events. Dinner/Party on Saturday night for Players Only. Players are permitted one (1) guest to the Dinner/Party for $35.
SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Fri, Oct 20 – Tournament Day 1, 4pm – Till end of last game
Sat, Oct 21 – Tournament Day 2, 8am – Till end of last game
Sat, Oct 21 – Beer Happy Hour after Tournament and later, Dinner at the Yacht Club
Sun, Oct 22 – Tournament Day 3, 9am – Till end of last game
Sun, Oct 22 – Beer Happy Hour after Tournament
A USA Pickleball Certified Referee will be present at the venue to answer player questions and address on-court issues. Referees will be available for Medal Matches.
The tournament will be a round robin format playing to 11 win by 2. Medal Matches will be single elimination playing to 15 win by 2.
PLEASE NOTE:
Tournament director reserves the option to combine brackets as needed if brackets do not fill. If brackets are combined to create playable brackets, awards will be based on the original division and not the combined bracket.
The tournament director reserves the right to cancel or modify the events and/or schedule as needed pending influences beyond our control (eg. Insufficient numbers in Events, Weather, etc).
Food and beverage will be available for purchase on site.
All players must wear appropriate country club attire. That is, no tank tops, nor sleeveless shirts for men and no sports bras or bathing suits for women.
