Oklahoma Freedom Flight and Pryor Pickleball Club are proud to team up to bring Pryor’s 1st Annual Honor our Veterans Pickleball Tournament. Funds from this event will be used to take our nation’s heroes to Washington DC to see all the monuments and memorials in their honor to show them respect and honor they so deserve. It is a life changing trip that provides a healing time and sometimes a closure to their war experiences. This is done at no expense to the veteran through fundraising.

Registration is $50, plus $10 for each event. USSP/SSIPA members will receive a $10 discount.

This tournament is US Senior Pickleball approved.

The tournament will limit registration to 300 players, or when the tournament director deems the day’s events are full.

The tournament director reserves the right to modify event formats as needed depending on registrations.

Events may be merged or split based on registration numbers.

Medals will be awarded based on standings in the original event (3 or more entries), or if the event was merged by a smaller event (2 or more entires) but not both.

USSP has a points system to award prizes to the top finishers each year (USSP members only). In the past, prizes with a retail value of $20,000 were awarded to the top 10 point winners in each age group for both men and women on an annual cycle. In 2024, the prize points will begin in February and run through the end of December.

All teams are guaranteed a minimum of 4 games per event. Brackets with entries 3 will play a double round robin to 11 win by 2, 4 entries will play a round robin best of 3 games to 11 win by 2, 5-9 entries will play games to 11 win by 2, 10 and over will play games to 11 win by two but have more than 1 pool depending on number of entries, then have medal matches with the winning teams from each pool playing for gold and silver medals, while the 2nd place teams from each pool play for the bronze medals.

Withdrawals before registration closes, July 24, 2024 will be refunded minus a $15 processing fee. Pickleballbracket service fees are non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued after registration closes, July 24, 2024.

Emergency refunds will be issued based on documentation and tournament director approval.
