<p><strong>SCHEDULE OVERVIEW</strong></p>
<p>The tournament will run daily from approximately 7 AM to 10 PM. As this is an indoor event, matches will turn quickly—please be ready to play when your match is called.</p>
<p><strong>CHECK-IN</strong></p>
<p>Please check in at the tournament desk at least 30 minutes before your event start time. Players who fail to check in may be withdrawn.</p>
<p><strong>WEATHER POLICY</strong></p>
<p>This is an indoor event. Weather-related cancellations will not result in refunds.</p>
<p><strong>BRACKET FORMATS</strong></p>
<p>All amateur divisions will use round-robin (pool play) with playoffs. All players/teams will play a minimum of 3 games. 4.5, 4.75, and 5.0+ divisions will play a minimum of 4 games (typically 3–4 games to 15, or 6 games to 11). The top 4 teams/players from each pool advance to playoffs.</p>

<p><strong>PAYMENT</strong></p>
<p>Players (and their partners) who have not paid within 48 hours of registering may be moved to the waitlist.</p>
<p><strong>PLAYERS WITHOUT A PARTNER</strong></p>
<p>Players who do not have a confirmed partner may be moved to the waitlist 3 weeks before registration closes.</p>
<p><strong>REGISTRATION & FEES</strong></p>
<p>When you register, you are registering for yourself only. Each player is responsible for their own full entry fee, which includes:</p>
<ul>
<li>the base tournament registration fee</li>
<li>a per-division event fee for each event you enter</li>
<li>the pickleballtournaments.com technology/processing fee</li>
</ul>
<p>Prices shown are per player, not per team. Both partners must register and pay individually.</p>
<p><strong>REFEREE / LINE CALLS</strong></p>
<p>Players are responsible for their own line calls and scoring. Tournament staff will assist if needed.</p>
<p><strong>TOURNAMENT BALLS</strong></p>
<p>Tournament balls will be Selkirk S1 Pro. Balls will be provided at the registration desk and must be returned after each match.</p>
<p><strong>WARM-UP</strong></p>
<p>Players may warm up before play begins or on available outdoor courts. You will receive up to 5 minutes of warm-up before your first match each day, and up to 2 minutes for each subsequent match.</p>
<p><strong>SKILL LEVELS</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Events are offered across several skill and age levels.</li>
<li>You may play multiple events per day only if they are in different categories (e.g., Men's Doubles + Mixed Doubles).</li>
<li>You may play multiple skill levels only if those events occur on different days.</li>
<li>You may not enter multiple skill levels within the same category on the same day.</li>
</ul>
<p>Skill levels are based on your current DUPR rating. Please register for the appropriate division based on your singles or doubles DUPR. We may review DUPR profiles and adjust players to the correct division if needed. You may always choose to play up, but you may not play down if your rating is above the level you selected.</p>

<p><strong>TOURNAMENT RULES</strong></p>
<p>All matches follow USAPA rules. Players may ask questions or report issues at the tournament desk. The tournament director may adjust rules only for fair play or safety.</p>
<p>Paddle Note: We do not automatically validate all paddles. If you have a question or concern, please bring it to the tournament desk. Players will be allowed to switch paddles if necessary for safety and fairness.</p>
<p><strong>DUPR</strong></p>
<p>Scores from this tournament will be automatically submitted to DUPR after the event. If you notice an issue with scores or match data during the tournament, please report it at the tournament desk or email support@zerozerofun.com. Once results are posted in DUPR, any issues with your DUPR account or rating should be reported directly to DUPR at support@mydupr.com.</p>
<p><strong>GENDER INCLUSION POLICY</strong></p>
