Join us for the Reno Pickleball Championships, happening July 18–20 at the Reno Tennis Center (2601 Plumas St, Reno, NV 89509). This 3-day tournament will feature great competition, guaranteed play, and a fun community atmosphere. All players will receive lunch.

Reno Pickleball Open – September 19–21

Location: Reno Tennis Center, 2601 Plumas Street, Reno, NV 89509

Divisions & Levels: Men’s, Women’s and Mixed divisions across skill levels 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0 (some levels may be merged based on entries).

Schedule:

Friday, Sept. 19 – Men’s and Women’s Singles (afternoon & evening).

Saturday, Sept. 20 – Women’s Doubles in the morning; Men’s Doubles in the afternoon.

Sunday, Sept. 21 – Opening ceremony in the morning; Mixed Doubles all day.

Tournament Format: All brackets start with round‑robin play to determine seeding. Teams are guaranteed at least four games.

Round‑robin matches are one game to 15 (win by 1) with two one‑minute time‑outs and a side change at 8 points.

Bronze‑medal matches are one game to 15 (win by 2).

Gold‑medal matches are best two of three games to 11 (win by 2), with two one‑minute time‑outs per team and side changes between games and at 6 points in game 3.

Gold‑medal matches will be refereed; other matches may have officials upon request.

Franklin X‑40 balls will be used.

Amenities: Registration includes lunch. The updated courts and amenities ensure comfortable play, and water and shade stations will be available.

Registration: Spots are limited. The registration deadline is September 14, and no USA Pickleball membership is required.

Please ensure you arrive at the Pickleball Courts with plenty of time before your division start time to check in, find your partner, get warmed up and make it to your court on time. Each division will play all matches on the same day.

No refunds for any reason after the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE. If you withdraw before CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, you will be issued a full refund(minus the processing and service fee imposed by pickleballtournaments.com).The service fee is $10 if withdrawing from one event or $15 if withdrawing from two or more events.

Registration fees are non-transferrable.

No refunds will be issued if a cancellation of an event occurs due to inclement weather.

If rain threatens play, we will postpone the tournament. We will postpone matches up to two times; if inclement weather prevents play after two attempts, the event will be cancelled.
