SHAMROCK SHOWDOWN
Presented by HandCraft Services
Hosted by Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond
A pickleball tournament by and for Ronald McDonald House Charities of Richmond, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, in support of the many ways they help families of children receiving critical pediatric or medical care in the Greater Richmond area.
Tournament Info:
This is a non-sanctioned one-day tournament being held at the all-new Performance Pickleball RVA premier indoor pickleball facility with Age & Skill Divisions in Men's and Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles.
Matches will take place on 12 state-of-the-art dedicated indoor pickleball courts. There will also be a practice court set up for players to warm up.
Medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams/players in each bracket.

Tournament Fees:
Registration is $75 per player and includes a free tournament t-shirt and 1 Food Ticket and 1 Drink Ticket. Please be sure to indicate your shirt size during the registration process. Late or last-minute registrants may not be guaranteed a t-shirt and/or desired shirt size, so be sure to sign up early.
There are no event fees as registration includes the cost of two events, Men's Doubles or Women's Doubles and Mixed Doubles.

Fan Tickets giving an individual access to the tournament facility and fan areas for the full day are also available for purchase via the "Donate/Spectate" button above, or by going to the RMHC Richmond website linked here. Fan Tickets also include 1 Food Ticket and 1 Drink Ticket for each individual to be used during the tournament.

Rules & Format:
This is a non-sanctioned tournament; however, all USAPA 2024 rules will apply.
All Age & Skill brackets will be Round Robin with a Single Elimination bracket round and/or medal matches to be played immediately following the completion of Round Robin play.
Round Robin matches will be either best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 or 1 game to 15 win by 2 or 1 game to 11 win by 2.
Gold Medal matches will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2. Bronze Medal matches will be 1 game to 15 win by 2.
Notice: Age & Skill groups may be combined at the discretion of the Tournament Director to create brackets as needed based on the number of registered teams/players. The Tournament Director also reserves the right to adjust the bracket and match formats as necessary.
Refund Policy
No refunds for Cancellations or Withdrawals. Due to the fundraising nature of this event, we are not able to provide refunds after payment has been made. Thank you for your understanding!

Parking Fee: No Fee
There is plenty of parking in the front and on the side of the building as well as in the surrounding shopping center.
Handicap parking is available by the front and side/delivery entrances. The ramp to the sidewalk is located by the side/delivery entrance, which is available for handicap use only.
