Welcome to the 2025 Gold Cup at Robbinsville Pickle House
Join us for the Gold Cup Pickleball Tournament at the newly constructed, climate-controlled Robbinsville Pickle House in Robbinsville, NJ. This premier facility features 19 indoor, dedicated pickleball courts with permanent nets.
Tournament Events Include:
-Singles
-Skinny Singles
-Gender Doubles (Men’s & Women’s)
-Mixed Doubles
-Co-Ed Split Age Doubles
Skill levels range from 3.0 to 4.5+. Prize money will be awarded for 4.5+ Open Divisions. Total prize amounts depend on the number of entrants in those divisions.
Awards and Prizes:
-Amateur divisions will award medals for the top 3 finishers in each bracket.
-Gold medalists in amateur events will also receive gift cards.
-Food and alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase on-site.
Competition Format:
- 4.5+ Open Divisions (Singles, Skinny Singles, Doubles, Mixed Doubles) will follow a double elimination format.
- All amateur brackets will follow a round robin format.
- Larger brackets will be split into pools with top teams advancing to playoffs.
- All amateur teams will be guaranteed multiple games, with the exact number based on bracket size.
Robbinsville Pickle House Diamond Championship:
Following the Gold Cup, Robbinsville Pickle House will host one final event in 2025—the Diamond Championship. Medalists and top teams from the Bronze, Silver, and Gold Cups will receive the first invitations. If space remains, registration will open to other participants from prior events. The full event schedule will be published in advance so players can plan accordingly.
Registration Fees:
- Base registration: $55
- Singles / Skinny Singles: $20
- Amateur gender doubles: $20
- Amateur mixed doubles: $20
- Open level events: $35
- Pickleball Brackets service fee: $5 per event (max of $10 total)
Players who register by September 1, 2025, will receive a free tournament t-shirt.
When signing up for a doubles event, your partner must register and pay within 2 days. If not, the team will be moved to the waitlist until both players are fully registered and paid.
Additional Details:
- Players of any age may sign up for 19+ events.
- The 4.5 bracket is separate from 4.5+. The 4.5 (19+ and 50+) events are amateur and do not include prize money. The 4.5+ and Co-Ed Split Age events are Open-level with prize payouts.
- Start times will be announced 1–2 days after registration closes. Exact timing depends on total event entries. Times may be adjusted due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Signups will be based on DUPR rating at the time of registration. All results will be uploaded to DUPR.
- Only USAPA-approved paddles will be permitted.
- Brackets may be combined if needed (e.g., same skill level, different age groups). If a bracket has 3 or fewer teams, it may be merged with another.
- Amateur format is round robin (games to 15 during pool play), with top teams advancing to playoffs. Each team is guaranteed 4 or more games.
- Format may be abbreviated in the event of delays, but we will do our best to complete all matches and follow the standard format.
- All payments will be processed via Stripe. If you wish to use another payment method, email us in advance.
