Friday: Singles (All Age and Skill Groups)

Saturday: Under 60 Men and Women's Doubles

Sunday: Under 60 Mixed Doubles

Skill Levels: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+

Age Groups: 8-34, 35-49, 50-59, 60+,70+

FORMAT AND SANCTIONING

4 Games Guaranteed

All brackets will offer a round robin format

All round robin matches, with the exception of a 3-team bracket, will be one game to 15, win by two points. The pre-medal matches, and bronze matches will be one game to 15. Gold Medal matches will be best two-out-of-three games to 11, win by two points.

3 TEAM/PLAYER BRACKET:

If there are three (3) teams/players in a bracket, the bracket will be a singular Round Robin group. Round Robin will be best two-out-of-three games to 11, win by two points. All three (3) Teams/Players will advance to the playoff stage of the bracket.

4 to 7 TEAM/PLAYER BRACKET:

If there are four (4) to seven (7) teams/players in a bracket, the bracket will be a singular Round Robin group. The top four teams will advance to the playoff stage of the bracket.

8 to 9 TEAM/PLAYER BRACKET:

Brackets of 8 & 9 will play 1-11 round robin. 60+ age brackets of 8 & 9 teams/players will play Round Robin with top 4 teams advancing to the medal round. (1 vs 2 for Gold, 3 vs. 4 for Bronze). Under 60 age brackets will have top 4 teams advancing to the pre-medal round (1 vs. 4 and 2 vs. 3) 1 game to 15, with winners advancing to Gold Medal Match (1 game to 15)

10 + TEAM/PLAYER BRACKET:

If there are ten (10) or more teams/players in a bracket, the bracket will be split into two (2) Round Robin Pools. The top four teams (2 from each pool) will advance to the playoff stage of the bracket.

FINAL STANDINGS

Calculated by finishing position in the playoff stage. Players that do not advance to the playoff stage of the bracket will be ranked by the following tie breaker system: Rank order in the standings is determined by:

Greatest number of matches won

Head-to-head matches won among the tied players/teams (if applicable)

Point differential of all games played

Head-to-head point differential

Point differential against the next-highest player/team

TEAMS WILL BE AWARDED MEDALS BASED ON THE BRACKET THEY ORIGINALLY REGISTERED FOR BEFORE BEING MERGED.

This year's tournament will be sanctioned by Southern Pickleball. All medal winners will become eligible to play in the 2025 Southern Pickleball Championships December 31-January 4 at Rhythm and Rally 32 court complex in Macon, Ga. A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player (or higher) and the age group of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.

RATINGS

- DUPR ratings will be used.

- On August 11, the tournament staff will move up players whose DUPR ratings have changed since registering for this tournament. Players with DUPR reliability rating of 50 or lower may appeal their current rating.

- Tournament Director reserves the right to move a player to a higher/lower level at their discretion

You may register and identify your partner or request ""Need partner"". Your partner must register within five days of your registration, or the team will be moved to the wait list. When the identified partner registers after the five-day grace period, the team will automatically move from the wait list back to the active list if there is a slot available and both teams have paid. NOTE: Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered, and all fees have been paid in full.

All players will abide by 2025 USA Pickleball Rulebook. This includes playing with USA Pickleball approved paddles. The Tournament Director should be notified of anyone who is suspected of non-compliance of the rules.

There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

This year we will be playing with the Gamma Photon Indoor Optic Green Indoor ball. This ball gives the look and feel of many outdoor brands.

Refund Policy

Withdraw deadline is August 10 at midnight. Players may withdraw prior to midnight on August 10 for any reason and receive a refund minus a $20 administrative fee. After August 10, there are no refunds for any reason. This is an indoor tournament. Additionally, player registration fees may not be transferred to other players.

Although this is an indoor tournament, there will be NO refunds or credits due to weather or other uncontrollable events.

We will have medical staff on call as well as identify participants who are medical personnel to assist with emergencies. We also have a stocked first aid station on site.
