Please be advised that the timing and scheduling of the tournament may vary depending on the number of participants registering. We will make every attempt to run the brackets as advertised. However, we may combine events if we do not have enough registrations for a specific skill level and/or age bracket. Age bracket ranges may also be adjusted depending on the number of teams in a certain age range.
Players will ONLY be issued a full refund if we do not have enough registrations for a particular event and cannot combine a skill level and/or age bracket.
Tournament directors reserve the right to make any skill level adjustments regarding players' bracket placements as necessary.
Games will be posted on DUPR automatically.
