We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise that may prevent you from participating in our pickleball tournaments. If you need to request a refund, please follow the guidelines below:
Requests for refunds must be made in writing (email is acceptable) and received by Battleball no later than 14 days prior to the start of the tournament. Please email battleballtour@gmail.com.
Refunds will only be granted for requests received within the 14-day window mentioned above. No refunds will be granted after this time.
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Battleball reserves the right to approve or deny any request at its sole discretion.
If a refund is granted, a processing fee may be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the request being approved.
