Join us for our first annual Spring tournament. The Red River Credit Union Twin City Classic in Texarkana, Texas.
We are hoping to have a brand new facility built with 8 individually fenced courts next to the older 6 original courts. This tournament is open to all players of every skill level and age group. All proceeds will support the Texarkana Pickleball Club for improving facilities and promoting pickleball growth in our community.
Tournament Details
Location: Southwest Center, Texarkana, Texas
Dates: May 15-17th
Friday 15th: Men's and Women's Singles
Saturday 16th: Men's and Women's Doubles
Sunday 17th: Mixed Doubles
Format: Pool play round-robin followed by bracket play for top teams to determine final placings. Format may adjust for some events based on signups.
Divisions: A minimum of 3 teams is required to form a division. Some divisions/ages may be combined depending on entries. You may only play in 1 division per day. Younger teams cannot play in the 50 and older brackets, but older teams may play down into the 49 and under brackets if they choose. To play in a 50 and older bracket, both players must be over 50.
Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in each division.
Registration Deadline: May 10th at 11:55 PM
T-shirt provided for all players
Signup : $50 for one event (and $5 service fee per event).
Late signup (April 24th and after): $60 for one event (and $5 service fee per event)
Additional Divisions: $10 per event (maximum of 3 events per player)
Start Times: Exact schedules for each division will be announced the week of the tournament
