RT. 12 Pickle, a premier court facility with 8 fully dedicated, climate-controlled

courts in central Massachusetts, is hosting the "2024 Summer Send Off." Get

ready for an exciting weekend filled with thrilling matches and friendly

competition!

Registration Closes Monday, September 9th at 5:00 p.m.

There will be a 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and over division.

DIVISIONS WILL BE MERGED if we do not get enough signups for the division.

$15.00 for each additional event.

Each Registrant receives an RT. 12 Pickle t-shirt and other merch from Rt. 12

Pickle and Joola.

Tournament Format:

*Events with 8+ Teams: Teams will be divided into two or more seeded pools

and the top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff round to determine

medal winners.

*Events with 7 Teams or Less: This is a Round Robin event for events with a

small number of teams. The top teams in each pool will advance to a playoff

round to determine medal winners.

*Skill Level: Players may self-rate within reason. The tournament reserves the

right to move players and teams between skill-level brackets/events.

*Registering Together As A Team (TIP): For a guaranteed spot in mixed

doubles or doubles, the second partner must sign up within 3 days of the first

partner's registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list after

that. Once the second partner registers, they will be moved back into the event

IF THERE ARE SPOTS LEFT IN THE TOURNAMENT AND THE EVENT.

Safe Tournament Environment:

*Spectators must sit in designated viewing areas.

*Players and spectators will only be permitted in the facility during their event.

*NO refunds after August 26th for ANY reason.

*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a

replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the

morning of the event.

For example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a

replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the

player is of a similar level, then he can take your spot for tournament play;

payment would need to be worked out amongst yourselves.

*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several

weeks to process.
