Round robin tournament. The tournament director reserves the right to change format, combine or eliminate events based on registration numbers, weather or any other occurrence deemed necessary.

Events without pool play will have medals awarded based on the results of events games. Events which have registration numbers that necessitate the event is split into pools will have a playoff of the top four teams to determine the final medal winners.

If an event is run with only 3 or 4 teams the tournament may run a double round robin and/or change the score format.

Teams may play "up" in a higher event rating, but cannot play "down" from their rating. This tournament uses the PBR rating (pickleball bracket rating). New tournament players are cautioned to consider consequences of their self rating. Keep in mind you can usually play "up" in ratings but the system will block you from entering a lower skilled event than your rating - that could have consequences beyond this tournament.

1. The deadline for withdrawing and requesting a refund is September 5, 2025. Please note, all expenses will be subtracted from registration cost. Pickleballbrackets service fee of $5 is nonrefundable.

All refunds will be paid approximately 2 weeks after the tournament has ended.

Expenses for this tournament are substantial and that puts us in the position of not being able to provide refunds after this deadline.

2. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT! There will be NO refunds, credits or make up days given due to weather. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches. No indoor back up plan for this tournament.
