It's time for another Pace Pickleball Tournament. We are excited again to offer cash payouts that are among the largest in Houston.

Our tournament event schedule is below:

Friday morning - Senior Men's Doubles / Senior Women's Doubles

Friday afternoon - Men's Singles / Women's Singles

Saturday - Men's Doubles / Women's Doubles / Womens Doubles OPEN / Mens Doubles OPEN

Sunday - Mixed Doubles / Senior Mixed Doubles / Mixed Doubles OPEN

If you participate in a "senior" event on Friday, you may also play in regular doubles on Saturday.

RATINGS

This tournament will use DUPR to ensure everyone is in the correct event. The tournament director reserves the right to review all players and move anyone if it's deemed that a player is in the wrong event.

All scores will be entered into DUPR.

3.0 brackets are players under 3.499999

3.5 brackets are players 3.5 to 3.999999

4.0+ brackets are 4.0 and above

**If a players rating moves up to a higher rating AFTER they have registered, we will honor the rating of the player at the time of registration.**

TIMING

Play may begin as early as 8:00 a.m. We will send out a tentative schedule 1 week before once registration closes. We do this to ensure our tournaments run smoothly and are never delayed.

FOOD AND DRINK

We will have snacks and drinks available for purchase at our on-site bar.

FORMAT (3.0 - 4.0+ events)

Teams will play a minimum of 3 matches. The format will be as follows:

- Pool-Play (1 game to 15) to Single Elimination Bracket (Pre-medal matches 1 game to 15)

- Gold and Bronze medal matches will be 2/3 games to 11, win by 2.

**The $$ brackets need a minimum of 8 teams for full payout.

*Brackets with less than 4 teams could be combined. Tournament director has the right to change the format and/or bracket combination to ensure a quality experience for all players.

FORMAT (OPEN events)

- Double Elimination Bracket

- 2/3 games to 11 in winners bracket, win by 2

- 1 game to 15 in "opportunity" (losers) bracket, win by 2

**The $$$$ brackets need a minimum of 12 teams for full payout.

The Official Ball of the tournament is FRANKLIN X40.

You must cancel before 11/13/24 to receive a refund (you will still incur a $15 processing fee). There will be no refunds after11/13/24.

4.0+ 1st Place = $100.00

$$ - Non-OPEN Men's, Women's, and Mixed DOUBLES Division, the payout will be as follows

3.0 1st Place = $200.00

3.5 1st Place = $200.00

4.0+ 1st Place = $200.00

** This includes 50+ senior brackets

$$$$ - OPEN Men's, Women's, and Mixed DOUBLES Division, the payout will be as follows

(WINNER TAKES ALL):

Mens OPEN 1st place = $2000.00

Womens OPEN 1st place = $2000.00

Mixed OPEN 1st place = $2000.00

This is an INDOOR tournament with 7 beautiful indoor courts; all matches will be played as scheduled.
