We will have a food truck available to purchase food and drinks. Winners of each division will win a gift bag from Santa.
In support of Toys for Tots, we will be running a Toy Drive on the day of the tournament. The basic mission of the Marine Corps Toys for Tots Program is to collect new unwrapped toys and distribute those toys to economically disadvantaged children at Christmas. If you would like to participate in this community give-back, please bring a new unwrapped toy on the day of the tournament.
Tournament Fee Breakdown - Each player must register and pay separately. Your total fee is comprised of 2 different fees:
1. Registration Fee - $10 per player until Nov 22, then $15 per player
2. Event Fee - $35 per event (Besides the Moneyball which is $80) - Gender Doubles and/or Mixed each has a separate fee. If you play in one event, it's $35, two it's $70.
Divisions
Divisions are separated by skill and gender.
3.9 and under Mens Doubles. 8am start
3.9 and under Women's Doubles. 8am start
3.9 and under Mixed Doubles. 10am start
4.0 and over Men's Doubles. 12pm start
4.0 and over Women's Doubles. 12pm start
4.0 and over Mixed Doubles. 10am start
Open Mixed Moneyball. 2pm Start
Bracket Formats (non-Moneyball)
Brackets are comprised of 6 teams. It will be a round robin, rally scoring to 21 win by 2. You must win on your serve. Teams switch sides at 11. There will be 5 rounds, and the winner is decided after the completion of the round robin. Brackets should take around 2 hours to complete. All winners will receive a gift bag from Santa.
The Mixed Moneyball will be comprised of 15 teams separated into 3 groups of 5. They will play a round robin, and the top 2 from each bracket will advance, as well as 2 wildcard teams. They will play a quarterfinal, semifinal, and final to determine winner. All games are rally scoring to 21 win by 2. Must win on your serve and switch at 11.
First will receive $1000, 2nd will receive $200.
