SAPC 2024 MEMBERS ONLY Fall Windup

We will be hosting our annual Fall Windup Tournament on Sat Sept 21st, with Sunday the 22nd reserved for a rainout day. This year we have decided to do something a little different and are going to do Mens/ Womens doubles in the morning and Mixed Doubles in the afternoon. Registration cost will be $25 whether you decide to play in both events or just one. Entry fee will include a coupon for lunch provided by our Social Committee. Format will be round robin, with playoffs for top finishers.

If you do not have a partner to play we will do our best to match you up with a partner so register as needing a partner.

You must register at your club rating or higher. If you do not have club rating please contact tournament and we will assist you.

IMPORTANT UPDATE

PICKLEBALLBRACKETS IS HAVING AN ISSUE AND IS USING SELF RATING INSTEAD OF CLUB RATINGS. PLEASE REGISTER AT YOUR CLUB RATING. ONCE ISSUE IS RESOLVED WE WILL BE MOVING PEOPLE TO PROPER GROUP IF REGISTERED AT LOWER SKILL THAN CLUB RATING

Lunch will be served between 11:00 am and 2:30 pm and will consist of a burger or hotdog, chips and a pop. Each registrant will get one coupon for lunch. Additional tickets can be purchased for $10.00 at the event.

We will be using the Selkirk S1 Ball.

Referee's will be provided for playoff games and some round robin games.

Refunds will be accepted until Sept 14th minus a $10 admin fee. After Sept 14th no refunds will be issued.

WEATHER:

PLEASE NOTE: This is an outdoor event with one make-up date. In the event of inclement weather that requires the cancellation of any events, a refund is NOT available. If events are in mid play when a weather or unforeseen circumstance occurs the situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine if the event may be finished or if winners may be determined.
