This tournament is held outdoors and, as such, may be affected by weather conditions including rain, high winds, extreme heat, smoke, lightning, or other hazardous situations.
The Tournament Director (or designated official) has the sole authority to delay, suspend, modify, or cancel play due to weather or unsafe court conditions.
Decisions will be made with player safety as the highest priority.
Weather decisions may be made at any time, including during a match.
Play may be rescheduled, delayed, shortened, or reformatted to complete matches whenever possible.
Divisions, formats, and match lengths may be adjusted to accommodate weather impacts.
Any changes will be communicated via email.
No refunds will be issued in the event of:
Weather delays
Weather-related schedule changes
Partial or full day cancellations due to weather
Refund exceptions may be considered only in extreme, documented situations, and are at the sole discretion of tournament management.
If weather prevents completion of an entire match:
Results may be determined by completed games or points, per tournament rules.
The tournament committee or director will make final decisions on standings and advancement.
