Paddle Royale Pickleball hosts high-quality pickleball tournaments that are fun for all skill levels — competitive but never cutthroat. Whether you're playing singles, doubles, or mixed doubles, our events are designed to bring the community together with a spirited atmosphere and smooth organization. To keep things fair and fun, we review DUPR scores to ensure all participants are placed in the correct division. From first serve to final point, Paddle Royale delivers exciting matchups, great vibes, and a well-run experience every time.

· All participants will have their DUPR score reviewed. If registered incorrectly, you will be moved to the correct division.

· Participants new to pickleball tournaments will be placed in the 3.0 DUPR division.

· All games are played to 11 points, win by 2.

· Each team will be scheduled for 4 games.

· The top 6 teams advance to the playoffs. The Gold Medal Match will be a best-of-3 series to 11 points.

· Pickleballs will be provided. Please bring your own paddles.

· Participants may register for up to three events in a weekend.

Cancellation, Postponement, Refunds

a. Cancellation or Postponement

Paddle Royale Pickleball reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Sporting Event due to inclement weather, natural disasters, third-party actions (including interference by an attendee), or other circumstances beyond its control, in which case we shall notify you as soon as reasonably practicable. In the event of our cancellation under this section, we may issue a full refund of relevant fees paid by you, as we deem appropriate and in accordance with our policies. In the event of our postponement under this section, we may offer you the option to re-register for the rescheduled Sporting Event, as we deem appropriate and in accordance with our policies. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we will not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of such cancellation or postponement.

b. Force Majeure

Paddle Royale Pickleball shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, or cancellation or forfeiture by an opposing team.

c. Refund Policy

No refunds will be provided if a team cancels after the registration deadline for the Sporting Event has closed. If an individual Sporting Event or game in a series of Sporting Events (such as an individual tournament game) is canceled due to a force majeure event, no refunds (full or partial) will be provided for the individual games not played. If a team cancels its registration before the registration deadline for the Sporting Event has closed, no refunds of any Paddle Royale Pickleball transaction fees will be provided; Paddle Royale Pickleball reserves the right to issue refund amounts limited to the team’s corresponding entry fee, less any transaction fees.
