Participants are expected to play responsibly and take reasonable precautions for their own health and safety during the event.
All players will be required to sign a waiver before participating.
A small first aid kit will be available on site for minor needs.
Players should come prepared to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Only closed-toe athletic shoes are permitted on the courts. Boots, flip-flops, and other unsafe footwear are not allowed.
Players are expected to display good sportsmanship, respect officials and fellow participants, and help create a fun, safe environment for everyone.
Tournament organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or unsportsmanlike.

By participating in the Serve the Nations Pickleball Tournament, all players acknowledge that pickleball and related activities involve inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to falls, collisions, overexertion, weather-related conditions, and other unforeseen hazards.
Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance and participation in this event and agree to play at their own risk. The Assembly Columbus, Team Belize & Cuba, tournament organizers, volunteers, venue staff, and affiliated representatives shall not be held liable for injuries, accidents, illnesses, loss, or damage that may occur in connection with participation in this event.

Participant Waiver and Release of Liability
By registering for and participating in the Serve the Nations Pickleball Tournament, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in pickleball and event-related activities involves physical activity and carries certain inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness, permanent disability, or property loss.
I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and will do so at my own risk.
I agree to follow all tournament rules, safety guidelines, and instructions provided by organizers and event staff.
I understand that I am responsible for my own hydration, equipment, and proper athletic footwear.
I agree to wear only appropriate closed-toe athletic shoes and understand that unsafe footwear, including boots and flip-flops, is not permitted.
I agree to conduct myself with good sportsmanship and respect toward other players, volunteers, spectators, and event staff.
I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in this event.
I release and hold harmless The Assembly Columbus, Team Belize & Cuba, tournament organizers, volunteers, sponsors, venue representatives, and all affiliated individuals or entities from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in this event.
I understand that registration fees are non-refundable.
I give permission for event organizers to use photographs or video taken during the event for promotional, ministry, or recap purposes unless I notify organizers otherwise in writing before the event.
