The health and safety of all participants, spectators, staff, and volunteers is a top priority for Big Pickl Events and the Serving Up Hope Pickleball Classic.
By registering for and attending this event, all participants acknowledge and agree to the following:
Participant Responsibility
Players participate at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and medically cleared to compete.
Participants should warm up properly, use appropriate footwear and equipment, and follow all posted facility rules.
Injury & Medical Emergencies
First aid will be available on-site.
In the event of a medical emergency, participants authorize event staff to seek emergency medical assistance if necessary.
Big Pickl, Ascent Pickleball Club, event sponsors, and staff are not responsible for injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during the event.
Facility & Equipment Safety
Participants must follow all safety guidelines set by Ascent Pickleball Club.
Any unsafe conditions, hazards, or equipment issues should be reported immediately to event staff.
Health Considerations
Participants should not attend or compete if they are experiencing illness, injury, or any condition that could pose a risk to themselves or others.
Proper hydration, rest, and sportsmanship are strongly encouraged.
Weather & Environmental Conditions
This event may continue in varying weather conditions.
Participants acknowledge that weather-related conditions are inherent risks of athletic competition and accept responsibility for participation under such conditions.
Code of Conduct
Unsportsmanlike or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
All participants must comply with instructions from tournament officials and facility staff at all times.
By completing registration and participating in the event, participants confirm they understand and accept these health and safety guidelines.
