The Shelbyville Parks & Rec Splash and Smash Open Pickleball Tournament will be held August 15 and August 16 2026 in Shelbyville, IN.
Events:
Men's Doubles: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+
Women's Doubles: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+
Mixed Doubles: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0+
**Tournament officials reserve the right to modify the format or combine divisions based on registration numbers.
Tournament Format:
Men and Women's events will begin with round robin pool play on SATURDAY, followed by a single-elimination championship bracket.
Mixed Doubles will begin with round robin pool play on SUNDAY, followed by a single-elimination championship bracket.
The number of round robin matches will vary based on the number of teams in each division. If a division reaches its maximum of eight teams, each team is guaranteed three pool-play matches. Pool-play games will be played to 11 points, win by 2. Championship bracket games will be played to 15 points, win by 2.
Games will be played outside at Blue River Memorial Park at our 8 new pickleball courts with overhead lighting, if needed.
