Tournament information

Doubles: 6 Divisions

1. Women’s Intermediate 2. Women’s Advanced

3. Men’s Intermediate 4. Men’s Advanced

5. Mixed Intermediate 6. Mixed Advanced

Each Division is capped at 6 teams

*Round Robin Format with playoff elimination for top 4 teams in each division

*Each match in the Round Robin format will be to 11, win by 1.

*The Round Robin matches will have a time limit of 20 minutes. Highest score wins the match if the time limit is reached.

*Winning teams are to report scores.

*Top 4 teams in each division will be determined by number of wins, head to head, total number of games won.

*The Elimination Round matches will be single-elimination format (semifinals, and finals) to determine the winners in each division.

*The Elimination and Championship matches will be to 11, win by 2.

Medals will be given to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place winners in each division.

Tournament Fee:

$50 per person for each event (1 Women's or 1 Men's or 1 Mixed)

**Max 2 events per person (1 Women's or 1 Men's + 1 Mixed)

Saturday October 14th schedule:

7:30 am Check in / Warm Up - Women

8:00 am Women’s Intermediate and Advanced Round Robin matches start.

10:30 am Check in / Warm Up (3 courts) - Men

11:00 am Men’s Intermediate and Advanced Round Robin matches start.

1:30 pm Check in / Warm Up (3 courts) - Mixed

2:00 pm Mixed Intermediate and Advanced Round Robin matches start.

Hurricane Idalia strongly effected the Shore Acres neighborhood.

Many families lost all of their belongings and sense of security during the flooding caused by Hurricane Idalia. We are working (with your help) to help our neighbors recover.

Part of the Tournament proceeds are going to the Shore Acres Idalia Flood Relief Fund
