SIWPC Cup 2025 Winter will be held over the June long weekend 7th-9th.

The SIWPC Cup is one way our club rewards our most regular players and has been expanded to include four events. A large pool of prize money is available for each event.

For the first time our club will also run an Open event on Monday 9th June at Peter Forsyth Auditorium whereby anybody can enter, members and non-members alike.

Open event: 30 players (Mixed Doubles Skill 4.5 and above)

Gold winner: $1000 per pair

Silver winner: $500 per pair

Bronze winner: $200 per pair

All semi final players will get prizes from Sauce Brewing Co.

$80 entry fee including $20 for our club membership fee. If you are already a member of our club, you will receive a $20 refund after you register.

Player requests for withdrawals will be accepted until Thursday 6th of June 2025 at 8pm, with a full refund less a $10 administration fee.

*Monday 9th June - Open Event will begin at 6.15 PM sharp (We expect to finish the tournament before 10.00pm)

6.00pm - 6.10pm - Warm up

6.10pm - 6.15pm - Tournament briefing

6.15pm play begins - Mixed Doubles Skill: DUPR 4.5+

*Match format

*Pool matches

- One set first to 11 win by 1 (winning point must be on serve)

- 1 timeout per team each match

- Top two teams from each pool advance to semi finals (we have 2 pools)

*Semi finals

- One set first to 15 win by 1 (winning point must be on serve)

*Medal matches

- Best of 3 sets, first to 11 win by 2 (winning point must be on serve)

- 2 timeouts per team each match

- Referees for all medal matches

*On the day

- Please do not wear white outfit as the balls are white

- When you arrive please check in with our tournament team

- If you are late for your first match it may result in a forfeit
