Before registering, PLEASE make sure you are available to play at ANY time during the scheduled event date(s). Start times for brackets are not determined until 72 hours before the start of the event. Refunds WILL NOT be issued due to conflicts in your schedule once the start times are announced.
We understand injuries are unavoidable. Please contact us as soon as possible if you feel you are unable to play in the event to help us fill your reservation with waiting players.
Refunds are processed through Stripe payment system back to your original payment source, and can take up to 7 business days to process once approved.
• Full refunds (excluding the pickleball brackets service fee) offered until Jun 28th, 2026.
• 50% refunds offered from July 1st, 2026 until July 12th, 2026.
• No refunds after July 12th, 2026.
