Round Robin format to ensure plenty of play!
Women's Doubles - Friday, September 20 / Skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Men's Doubles - Saturday, September 21 / Skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
Mixed Doubles - Sunday, September 22 / Skill levels 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+
We will check all players ratings as they register. Sandbagging will not be allowed :)!
Bracket slots will be filled with the first teams to have BOTH players registered and paid. Listed partners of players who have registered will have 7 days to register to hold their slot. After 7 days, if the partner has not registered, the team will be moved to the waitlist. Once the bracket is full, incomplete teams, teams not fully paid, and additional registrants will be placed on a waitlist. Waitlisted individuals/teams will be notified in the order in which they registered as space becomes available.
Medals will be awarded to first, second, and third place finishers in each event.
This is an outdoor tournament. If events are cancelled due to inclement weather, they are not guaranteed to be made up.
The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the event format as needed based on registrations. Events may be split or merged as needed based on registration numbers.
