Players who withdraw by 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 11, 2026, will receive a refund of the $65 entry fee for each event withdrawn from. Any nonrefundable platform or payment-processing fees will not be refunded.
Beginning December 12, 2026, no refunds will be issued for player withdrawals, including those due to illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, partner withdrawals, or no-shows.
Partner substitutions may be permitted with tournament director approval, provided the replacement player meets all bracket eligibility requirements.
If Planet Pickle cancels an event before play begins, players will receive a full refund of the entry fee for that event.
