Early Bird Registration: $45.00 + $20 Per Event (Deadline February 28th, 2024)
Registration: $55.00 + $20 Per Event (After February 28th, 2024)
All Fees are PER PERSON. Both teammates will need to register and pay on their own. PAYMENT DEADLINE IS MARCH 11th, 2024.
Deadlines may change depending on waitlisted players. THE ONLY WAY TO SECURE YOUR SPOT IS TO MAKE SURE BOTH YOU AND YOUR PARTNER ARE REGISTERED AND PAID IN FULL.

Wednesday, March 20th / SENIOR Mens & Womens / Ages: 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Thursday, March 21st / SENIOR Mixed Doubles / Ages: 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+
Friday, March 22nd / Mens & Womens Doubles / Ages: 12+ & 35+
Saturday, March 23rd / Mixed Doubles / Ages: 12+ & 35+
SKILL LEVELS OFFERED:
3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 & 5.0
COMBINED AGE & SKILL EVENTS:
Tournament Director has the right to combine brackets by age or skill.
SENIOR events we will try our hardest to combine by age first, but there are some scenarios we are unable to combine by age and it makes better since to combine by SKILL. It is up to the tournament director to decide how to combine skill and age.
Friday and Saturday's Events WILL BE combined by skill if there are not enough teams in either bracket. There will be no round robin events on Friday or Saturday, if your event does not have enough teams to make a competitive bracket it will be combined per tournament director discretion. MEDALS WILL NOT BE SEPARATED OUT on Friday and Saturday events if brackets are combined.
A players spot is NOT SECURE unless you have a partner listed and BOTH partners are PAID IN FULL!!!!!
*Players have 21 days to find a partner, otherwise they will be placed on the waitlist. If you list a partner during registration , that player has 21 days to get registered or the system will automatically move you to the waitlist. It is the players responsibility to make sure both partners are registered.
START TIMES:
All event times will be posted 3 days prior to the event starting. You can find this information on the WELCOME PAGE of the tournament under the "START TIMES" tab.
Most, if not all events will begin at 8AM. Please schedule your whole day to play.
