Southwest Missouri Senior Games (50+)! This tournament will be US Senior Pickleball (USSP). See below for more information on USSP!

Cost is $45 per person to register for 1 event; $50 for 2 events; $55 for 3 events. Additional website service fees apply. Please note: website service fees are never refundable.

Events will be: Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Men's Singles, & Women's Singles.

PLEASE NOTE: for ages 70+, we will also be offering a Scramble bracket that you could play instead of the traditional bracket. For Scrambles, you are paired with a random partner for every game of the Round Robin and then seeded into bracket play. See the Event Listings for Scramble options. You cannot play BOTH scramble and traditional bracket since they will be on the same day.

Brackets will be separated by age and then skill. You may play DOWN in age or UP in skill at your discretion. Be sure to register for your desired skill/age bracket. If you do not know what skill level to register for, please seek the advice of experienced players and/or the Tournament Director.

Planned Age Divisions: The goal is for each skill level will be separated into 5 year age splits. Final brackets will be determined based on the # of registrants in each age split, but at a minimum will be 50+ and 65+. Brackets generally would need to have a minimum of 5 teams or else they will be combined with similar skill levels. Some brackets may be combined due to # of registrations at the discretion of the TD, but your results within your 5 year age split will still earn you a medal and points for USSP (see below).

Planned Skill Divisions: 2.5-2.99, 3.0-3.49, 3.5-3.99, 4.0-4.49, 4.5+

Indoors at the Fieldhouse Sportscenter: 2235 W. Kingsley St, Springfield, MO 65807. 12 temporary nets on gym floor surface. Indoor Gamma Photo Neon Green balls.

US Senior Pickleball (USSP)

To join USSP, go to USSeniorPickleball.com. Members receive a $10 discount on all USSP events once your put your membership # into your Pickleball.com Profile.

USSP members will receive a $10 discount off the registration fee and are eligible for points and prizes. You MUST update your PBB profile with your USSP # to get discounts. Go to the USSP website (USseniorpickleball.com) for more information on the points system.

USSP has a points system to award prizes to the top finishers each year. In the past, prizes with a retail value of $20,000 were awarded to the top 10-point winners in each age group for both men and women on an annual cycle. The prize points will begin in January and run through the end of December. Points will be awarded for every 5 year age division, even if combined with other ages!

Registration includes a FREE T Shirt! Register by APRIL 7, 2025 at 8AM to guarantee your shirt size. Registrations after April 7, 2025, 8AM are first come, first serve for shirt sizes.

Non-Compliant Paddles Identified

The following paddles have been deemed non-compliant and are prohibited in all Ozarks Pickleball Club events effective immediately:

• Joola: Perseus 14mm Mod TA-15, Perseus 16mm Mod TA-15

• Gearbox: Pro Power Elongated

• ProKennex: Black Ace Ovation Black Ace Pro, Black Ace LG, Black Ace XF

Approved Paddles

All Paddles used in Ozarks Pickleball Club tournaments must be approved by USA Pickleball and listed on their approved paddle list.

Joola “3s” paddles are also approved for use as they are approved by the UPA-A and also meet the new PBCoR testing standards by USA Pickleball.

Withdrawals made before the registration deadline of April 18thwill receive a full refund, less the website service fees. No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the cancellation deadline.

This is an indoor tournament, so chances are HIGH that the event goes on as planned.

In the case of inclement weather or other catastrophe, every effort will be made to play the games on their scheduled days including a backup option, however, adjustments may be necessary, and no refunds will be given once an event has begun. If an entire event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds will be given for that event only, not including registration fees or other event fees.
