Cancellation Policy
Withdrawals before May 20, 2022, will receive a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee and minus pickleballbrackets.com's $10 processing fee. No insurance required.
Registration Insurance Policy (Must be purchased during registration)
Insurance Cost: $10 per player
Who/What's Covered:
Players that purchase insurance during registration.
Partner(s) not covered unless they also purchased insurance.
Prior to Check In.
100% of all fees for the following, except the $10 pickleballbrackets.com fee:
Injury/Illness, doctors note required
Jury duty, jury notice required
Partner drops out, you choose not to participate
After Check In.
100% of event fee only (excludes $60 registration fee) for the following:
Illness/injury before event starts and your partner DOES NOT find replacement,
doctor's note required.
Not Covered:
Players who do not purchase insurance during registration
Players who simply withdraw from the tournament.
Players who start the event and then decide to withdraw
Disqualification from tournament or forfeit for any reason

When will I get my refund?
All refunds will be issued with five (5) business days after completion of the tournament.
