Our 7th ANNUAL Fun, social Round Robin charity fundraiser, played on 14 lit, outdoor pickleball courts at The Landings Club in Savannah,Ga. Player support for our sole fundraiser is so outstanding that we've cut off registration 2 months early every year -- so REGISTER EARLY !! Match results are reported to Pickleball.com.

Daily Schedule:

FRI, Nov 3 -- Women's Doubles, start 8:00 am,

SAT, Nov 4 -- Men's Doubles, 8:00 -- Men's OPEN CHALLENGE, 2:00 pm.

SUN, Nov 5 - Mixed Doubles, start 8:00 am.

Skill level is based on UTPR, WPR or pickleballbrackets rating, or self rate if don't have either of those. OPEN CHALLENGE player UTPR rating will be checked to create brackets.

Players may play up in skill level, but not down, & may play down in age level, but not up !

Tournament Director has the prerogative to create merged brackets of varying ages based on registration numbers to allow for more rounds of play for registrants.

$5.00 charge per event entered.

All paid registrations include a free dry fit Tournament Tshirt in registration cost -- be SURE to check correct Unisex size, NO exchanges allowed.

Any registered player who loses a partner can replace him/her ONLY with a player of the same skill/age group.

If you registered, signed the waiver, checked Tshirt size, & paid, yet were put on the wait list due to your partner not completing registration, you will not be charged the registration fee until you are both fully registered & actively moved into that event.

The Men's OPEN CHALLENGE event, on Sat, Nov 4, at 2:00 pm, is open to 4.5 + players ( players may play up), with an entry fee of $150.00. We will limit registration to the first 20 teams registered & paid.

OPEN CHALLENGE Cash Prizes of:

--- Gold winning team awarded $ 3,000.00;

--- Silver team wins $ 2,000.00.

--- Bronze team wins $ 1,000.00 !!

Saturday afternoon will showcase some amazing level Pickleball !

Our player's generosity enables our coaches to enrich our 65+ Special Pops athletes' lives, plus we've helped create Pickleball rules as an accepted Special Olympics sport ! SOGA & SOFL are now the pilot programs for SO Pickleball competition, & are offering S O pickleball tournaments

Registration is NOT COMPLETE until BOTH partners have registered, signed the waiver, checked Tshirt size, plus paid. Once these requirements are fulfilled, you will receive an email verifying your spot in the events you signed up for, but until then we cannot guarantee you a spot in your desired event. Your partner has 7 days after you register to complete their registration, or the original partner will be moved to the Wait List.

ALL skill/age games are played Round Robin to 11, win by 1, so Sudden Death if score tied 10-10. We try to guarantee all players at least 5 matches to justify travel & time costs. Winners are determined by total wins -- ties are determined by head to head wins, then point differential.

OPEN CHALLENGE players will play double elimination format, 2/3 games to 11, win by 2, with cash prizes for Gold, Silver & Bronze winners !! A loss will automatically limit a team to Bronze; no winning your way back to Gold.

Tournament balls : Diadem Powerball for 3.0 - 3.5; Dura Fast for 4.0 +

NO REFUNDS offered -- this is our SOLE fund raiser for our charity, Special Pops Tennis - savannah.com, a 501(c)3 organization. We provide Fall & Spring 8 week clinics, trips to tournaments, transportation, exercise, nutritional advice & 2 parties a year to over 65 athletes.

Your support provides much needed social & exercise time for our incredible athletes, so we Thank You for helping enrich their lives !

ALL registrants must sign the liability waiver to be completely registered. A player is not completely registered for an event until BOTH partners are registered, paid, waiver signed & Tshirt size checked !!!

The Tournament Director has the right to withdraw an injured player, or one who violates The Landings Club policies regarding sportsmanship or behavior. No dogs are allowed on The Landings Club grounds.
