No tournament registration fee- Cost is per event all events are about 3 hours max events: 4
(3.0, 3.5, 4.0, events- $35 each person per event, with early bird discounts costs $20)
(Open$ prize money events) open to all skill levels-$80 each person, with early bird discounts costs $65)
55% of all open entry fees goes into open event prize pool
You can sign up for 2 different (Group & Format Combo per day, they won’t interfere with each other, for example Men’s Singles 4.0, and Men’s Doubles 4.0. Also singles is done on Saturday and Sunday so you can sign up for both if you want.
Note for each event you sign up for there is an additional $5 pickleballbracket service fee, so 2 events would be $10, additional events after 2 there is no service fee. The pickleballbracket service fee is non-refundable if you pull out of the event unless the Tournament Director withdraws you. If after extending the registration deadline, age and skill brackets within .5 levels can't be combined to reach the minimum of 3 doubles teams or 3 singles players 72 hrs before the start of you event then you will be withdrawn by the tournament director and refunded the event fee and pickleballbracket service fee which we will pay for you to pickleballbrackets since it is not your fault the event did not run. This will make players more inclined to register for events early to lock in a discount and not get penalized at end if event does not run since you get all your money back.
