Bracket Formats: Team Minimum to Run a Bracket

3 teams - Round Robin games to 15, win by 2, double round robin, No playoff

4 to 5 teams - Round Robin games to 15 win by 1, playoff

6 or 7 teams - Round Robin, games to 11 win by 1, playoff

8+ Teams- Two Pools Round Robin, playoff

Open- Round Robin and playoff determined by number of teams entered

This is a Skill Level/Age Group Tournament. Registration is by skill level.

For doubles and mixed doubles, you must sign up at the skill level of the higher rated partner. Players with no rating may self rate. Skill levels are determined at the time of the tournament.

The tournament reserves the right to move players and teams between skill and age level brackets. Events will remain round robin regardless of draw size.

ONLY OPEN DIVISIONS ARE PRIZE MONEY EVENTS

MatchPoint reserves the right for a player with a point or more rating difference between his/her Pickleball Brackets rating and DUPR rating to move into an more appropriate bracket. If you have a question about this policy, please feel free to email, matchpointtennispickleball@yahoo.com

Full Refund will be given 30 days prior to start of event, minus $10 fee.

Fifty Percent Refund will be given up to seven days prior to start of event, minus $10 fee.

No Refund seven days prior to event.

Only OPEN divisions are prize money. 50 Percent of the Event Fee (Not including registration fee) will be added to that divisions prize pool. Under 20 teams in draw, 1st and 2nd payout only. 20 Teams or More, 1st, 2nd and 3rd.
