Tournament Description
This tournament will be round robin format with top teams moving into medal rounds. Larger brackets will be divided into pool play with top 4 teams moving into medal rounds. All non-pool brackets, top 4 teams will move into the medal rounds. All round robins rounds will be 1-15 win by 2, all Medal matches will be single elimination, 1 to 15, win by 2 Bronze and 2/3 to 11 win by 2 for Gold.

What does it mean to be registered?
* Player in a singles amateur event has registered and paid their tournament fees
* Player in a doubles amateur event; both players have registered and both players have paid their tournament fees
You or your team could be moved to the waitlist: (see the following items)
* If your partner (doubles) has not registered/paid
* Contract to play is between players and it is their responsibility to comply with the tournament
requirements to participate as stated above - player responsibility
Additional Information
Please note that when looking for a replacement, players may play down in age and up in skill.
Replacements need to be known and communicated to Robin Weaver at rgweaver56@gmail.com.
Any request for replacements coming in after 6 pm the day before you are scheduled to play will be reviewed for approval.
Replacements can be found on the players needing partners list, on the main welcome page of this
tournament.

February 26, 2023, 5pm. Final date to withdraw and receive a refund (less $10 processing fee and $5 non-refundable service fee)
ALL withdrawals in which REFUNDS are DUE WILL BE PROCESSED AFTER TOURNAMENT HAS BEEN COMPLETED....

Parking Fee: No Fee
The Marinette parking lot will have The Sun City Posse directing traffic as well as volunteer parking lot attendants. Multiple signs will be posted as well. Please follow directions making this a good experience for all. If the parking lot is full, there is additional parking on Aztec Dr. directly behind the recreation center.
