You are cordially invited to the 5th edition of the Springfest tournament (54 and under) to be held at Le Domaine school in Petit-Rocher NB from April 19 and April 20 All games will count in DUPR.

Registration fees

Early Bird Registration (Before January 15, 2025)

1 event: $35

2 events: $60

Regular Registration fee (January 15 to March 3)

1 event $45

2 events $70

Late registration fee (after March 3)

1 event $55

2 events $80

Format:

Round robin + Single elimination

First 6 teams after the round robin or first 3 teams of each pool after the Round Robin goes to playoff and medals

Round robin: Games to 11, win by 2

Playoffs: Game to 15 points win by 2

Bronze: 1 game to 15 points, win by 2

Final (Gold/Silver): Best 2 out of 3, games to 11, win by 2

BRACKET OF 3 TEAMS: Double Round robin+ Double elimination (games 2 out of 3)

*Tournament director may ask a team to change event if the difference is too significant between the self rating and the CTPR.

Events may be combined depending on the number of registrations received and the availability of courts

Some events may be merged depending on the number of registrations received without further notice. Combinations of the same level will be prioritized, but may be done by age category.

Inscriptions hâtives (avant le 15 janvier 2025)

Format :

Tournoi à la ronde + élimination simple

Les 6 premières équipes ou les 3 premières équipes de chaque pool après le tournoi à la ronde accèdent aux éliminatoires et aux médailles.

Tournoi à la ronde : parties jusqu'à 11, victoire par 2

Éliminatoires : Match à 15 points, victoire par 2

Bronze : 1 match à 15 points, victoire par 2

Finale (or/argent) : Meilleur 2 sur 3, parties à 11, victoire par 2

CATÉGORIES DE 3 ÉQUIPES: Double tournoi à la ronde + Double élimination(parties 2 de 3)

*LE FORMAT PEUT CHANGER SELON LES INSCRIPTIONS, LE TEMPS ET LA DISPONIBILITÉ DES TERRAINS.

*Les directeurs du tournoi peuvent demander à une équipe de changer de catégorie si la différence est trop importante entre l'auto-évaluation et le CTPR.

Les épreuves peuvent être combinées en fonction du nombre d'inscriptions reçues et de la disponibilité des courts.

Certaines épreuves peuvent être fusionnées en fonction du nombre d'inscriptions reçues sans préavis. Les combinaisons de même niveau seront prioritaires, mais peuvent être effectuées par catégorie d'âge.

Tournament format can change depending on the number of registrations

If you withdraw from the tournament and you register again, you may be subject to additional fees. The Tournament Director is not responsible for any additional costs associated with a player's re-registration. Fees will be the responsability of the player only.

YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE WHEN BOTH PARTNERS HAVE FULLY PAID THEIR REGISTRATION. Players have 5 days to complete payment or they will be put on the waiting list, which will not guarantee your place in the tournament.

Si vous vous retirez du tournoi et que vous vous réinscrivez, vous pouvez être soumis à des frais supplémentaires. Le directeur du tournoi n'est pas responsable des frais supplémentaires liés à la réinscription d'un joueur. Les frais sont à la charge du joueur uniquement.

L'INSCRIPTION EST CONSIDÉRÉE COMME COMPLÈTE LORSQUE LES DEUX PARTENAIRES ONT PAYÉ L'INTÉGRALITÉ DE LEUR INSCRIPTION. Les joueurs ont 5 jours pour effectuer le paiement ou ils seront mis sur la liste d'attente, ce qui ne garantit pas votre place dans le tournoi.

Refunds:

Refunds upon request of full registration fee minus a 10$ administration fees are accepted. Refunds will not be sent automatically after cancellation of one or more categories. The player must request the refund. For partial refund, a $5 administrative fee will be deducted.

NO REFUND FOR ALL WITHDRAW/CHANGE OF PLAYERS AFTER APRIL 12 @ 11:55pm

Remboursements :

Les remboursements sur demande de la totalité des frais d'inscription moins 10$ de frais d'administration sont acceptés. Les remboursements ne seront pas envoyés automatiquement après annulation d'une ou plusieurs catégories. Le joueur devra faire la demande de remboursement. Un frais de 5$ sera déduit pour les remboursements partiels.
