Round robin + Single elimination
PLAYOFFS:
The number of teams to qualify for playoffs is to be determined.
Bronze: 1 game to 15 points, win by 2
Final (Gold/Silver): 1 game to 15 points win by 2

May 16- Men & Women Doubles (49 and under brackets)
May 17-Mixed Doubles (All ages groups)
May 18-Men and Women Doubles (50 and above brackets)
Events may be combined depending on the number of registrations received and the availability of courts. First merge will be done on May 2. Players are responsible to view the bracket after that date and ask a refund before May 10 if they do not wish to play in the merged event.
Combinations of the same level will be prioritized, but may be done by age category.
MINIMUM OF 4 GAMES GUARANTEED FOR ALL EVENTS
Tournament format can change depending on the number of registrations
If you withdraw from the tournament and you register again, you may be subject to additional fees. The Tournament Director is not responsible for any additional costs associated with a player's re-registration. Fees will be the responsability of the player only.
YOUR REGISTRATION WILL BE CONSIDERED COMPLETE WHEN BOTH PARTNERS HAVE FULLY PAID THEIR REGISTRATION. Players have 5 days to complete payment or they will be put on the waiting list, which will not guarantee your place in the tournament.
Pools and brackets will be available 1 day prior to the tournament. Each player is responsible to view the bracket to ensure they appear in the bracket they registered for. Also NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE TO THE POOLS ONCE THEY ARE AVAILABLE FOR VIEWING TO THE PLAYERS even if many teams from the same area are in the same pool.

Format :
Tournoi à la ronde + élimination simple
Le nombre d'équipe qui passeront aux éliminatoires est à déterminer.
Bronze : 1 match à 15 points, victoire par 2 points
Finale (or/argent) : 1 match à 15 points victoire par 2 points

Les épreuves peuvent être combinées en fonction du nombre d'inscriptions reçues et de la disponibilité des courts. La première fusion aura lieu le 2 mai. Les joueurs sont tenus de consulter les catégories après cette date et de demander un remboursement avant le 10 mai s'ils ne souhaitent pas participer à l'événement fusionné.
Les combinaisons de même niveau seront prioritaires, mais peuvent être effectuées par catégorie d'âge.

Le format du tournoi peut changer en fonction du nombre d'inscriptions.
Si vous vous retirez du tournoi et que vous vous réinscrivez, vous pouvez être soumis à des frais supplémentaires. Le directeur du tournoi n'est pas responsable des frais supplémentaires liés à la réinscription d'un joueur. Les frais sont à la charge du joueur uniquement.
L'INSCRIPTION EST CONSIDÉRÉE COMME COMPLÈTE LORSQUE LES DEUX PARTENAIRES ONT PAYÉ L'INTÉGRALITÉ DE LEUR INSCRIPTION. Les joueurs ont 5 jours pour effectuer le paiement ou ils seront mis sur la liste d'attente, ce qui ne garantit pas votre place dans le tournoi.
Les pools et les catégories seront disponibles 1 jour avant le tournoi. Chaque joueur est responsable de consulter le tableau afin de s'assurer qu'il/elle figure bien dans la catégorie pour laquelle il/elle s'est inscrit.
AUCUNE MODIFICATION NE SERA APPORTÉE AUX POOLS UNE FOIS QU'ELLES SERONT MISES À LA DISPOSITION DES JOUEURS, même si plusieurs équipes de la même région se trouvent dans la même pool.
