2nd Annual SRS Queen City Open hosted by Ozarks Pickleball Club & Springfield-Greene County Parks at the beautiful Cooper Tennis Complex in Springfield, Missouri! (Home of the 2023 & 2024 USA Pickleball Middle States Regional Tournament). All proceeds will go towards growing pickleball in the Springfield area!

16 Indoor Courts. ALL BRACKETS INDOOR. Tennis Court Surface. Temporary Nets. Franklin x40 ball.

All brackets will be ROUND ROBIN. Some will have additional playoff bracket depending on registration. 4 game minimum.

Cost is $55 for ALL EVENTS (plus service fee: $5 for 1 event or $10 for more 2+). Includes event shirt, player giveaways, and buffet dinner on Friday night.

Events will be: Men's Doubles, Men's Singles, Women's Doubles, Women's Singles, Mixed Doubles.

Brackets will be separated by age and then skill level. You may play DOWN in age and/or UP in skill at your discretion. Be sure to register for your preferred age/skill level and check your current Skill Rating on Pickleball Brackets & DUPR. If you do not know what skill level to register for, seek the advice of more experienced players or contact the Tournament Director.

Planned Age Divisions: 12+, 35+, 50+, 60+, 65+, 70+

Planned Skill Divisions:

2.5-2.99 (beginner/recreational)

3.0-3.49 (novice)

3.5-3.99 (intermediate)

4.0-4.49 (intermediate +)

4.5-4.99 (advanced)

5.0+ (advanced +) (Prize $$ available)

Brackets generally would need to have a minimum of 5 teams or else they will be combined with similar skill levels. Some brackets may be combined due to # of registrations at the discretion of the TD.

3:00 - 5:00pm - Player Clinic with Professional Player: Coach Jarrod Smith (additional fee of $60)

Friday Night Festivities - $5 per person entry fee includes:

5:00pm - 10:00pm - Open Play

6:00pm - 9:00pm - Team Competition & Exhibition! Come out and watch an "MLP" style Team Event on Stadium Court! Local sponsored teams will battle it out for the QCO Cup!

Registration includes a FREE T Shirt! Register by June 1, 2023 to guarantee your shirt size. Registrations after June 1, 2023 are first come, first serve for shirt sizes.

Please note that there will be a registration "Service Fee" charged for each registration of $5.00 for 1 event or $10.00 for 2+ events. This is a non-refundable fee charged by the website.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Withdrawals made before the cancellation deadline of June 17, will receive a full refund, less the nonrefundable service fees. No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the cancellation deadline.

$3500 PRIZE POOL for 5.0+ Divisions for 1st, 2nd, 3rd place:

Men's Doubles: $500, $300, $150

Women's Doubles: $500, $300, $150

Mixed Doubles: $500, $300, $150

Men's Singles: $150, $100, $75

Women's Singles: $150, $100, $75

Inclement Weather:

This is an outdoor tournament in the Missouri Ozarks, so please plan accordingly. In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to play the games on their scheduled days, however, adjustments may be necessary, and no refunds will be given once an event has begun. If an entire event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather, refunds will be given for that event only, not including registration fees or other event fees.
