It’s a player’s format: round robin or pool play followed by a playoff in each category, so you’ll have plenty of opportunity to play. No two matches and you are out. Join us for women’s doubles, men’s doubles, mixed doubles and singles.

Nine age groups and 5 skill levels are offered, creating 45 categories of play. You’ll play on 49 dedicated courts, each fenced in with 8 feet on each sideline and 10 feet behind the baseline. Superior LED lighting, optimal viewing of play on most courts, and lots of shade. Thirteen courts are under cover with a championship court that seats 1200. We have a restaurant (The Kitchen) and a concession (The Depot) that will appeal to your palette. Plenty water stations and toilets strategically located. Not one but two Player Shops await you with an outstanding selection of paddles and clothing. And we’ll top it off with “Pictona” hospitality provided by our experienced staff and super volunteers. Competition Events Men’s Doubles, Women’s Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Singles

Age categories: 8-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

Skill levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0

Format: Round robin or pool play followed by top 4 teams in playoff.

Number of games and points per game vary based on number of entries in each bracket.

Championship game 2/3 to 11

Brackets with less than 4 teams registered will be combined with another bracket.

Awards: Medals for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

Food and Beverage Policy

Bottle fillers and water fountains are located throughout the Pictona Campus. Water and sports drinks are the only beverages permitted to be brought into Pictona and players may bring fruit and energy bars into the facility. We request no other drinks or food be brought into Pictona. The Depot (our concession stand) and The Kitchen (our restaurant) provide an appealing selection of items at reasonable prices. The purchase of food and beverages is a vital part of supporting the costs to operate the not-for-profit Pictona.

Dog Policy

In accordance with the city of Holly Hill’s ordinance, no pets are allowed on the Pictona campus. We welcome the presence of service animals assisting people with disabilities. A service animal is an animal that is individually trained to do a specific disability-related job or task for a person with a disablility. Pets or other animals (whether or not they provide comfort or emotional support) are not allowed on-site.

We have 400 parking spaces surrounding the Pictona Campus and an additional 400 spaces within 100 yards.

Refund Policy

Withdraw from the tournament for any reason before March 7, 2024 and we’ll refund your registration and event fee less a $25 service fee. Refunds will be processed at completion of tournament.

No refunds when cancelling after March 8, 2024

Prior to March 8, 2024, players may seek to transfer the registration to another person. A $5/event transfer fee must be paid to cover the non refundable software service fee from Pickleball Brackets.
