Welcome to the Summer Kick-off tournament, which is being held at Dill Dinkers in Hatboro, PA. This facility features 16 indoor dedicated pickleball courts! Men's and Women's Mixed Doubles will be held on Saturday, June 21st and Mixed Doubles will be held on Sunday, June 22nd, with skill levels ranging from 2.5 to 4.0. There will be prizes for all gold medalists from each bracket.

Event fee is $15 each.

Pickleball brackets also charge a $5 service fee per event with the maximum being $10 at checkout. Pickleball Brackets fee is non-refundable.

When a player signs up for an event, his or her partner must register and pay within 7 days of that time or else the team will be moved to the waitlist. Once both players are registered and paid, the team will be automatically moved off the waitlist.

Start times will not be announced until registration closes! This is because the number of signups for each event will determine when we can start each bracket. We need to know the final number of entrants for each event to determine the most efficient start times to keep the day running as smoothly as possible. Start times will be released 1 or 2 days after registration closes and may be subject to change due to any unforeseen circumstances.

The results will be uploaded to DUPR!

Brackets may be combined if not enough teams are signed up in each event. Age groups within the same skill level would be combined first. If necessary, skill levels may be combined.

The format will be ROUND ROBIN with top teams advancing to playoffs. Each team will be guaranteed 3 games. Pools and the number of teams in each pool will be determined based on how many teams are in the given event.

Skill level used to determine which level events you can play in will be based on DUPR rating. If player has no DUPR rating, his or her pickleball brackets rating will be used. If player has neither of these, his or her self rating will be used from pickleball brackets profile. Players are responsible to self-rate at a skill level that is NOT lower than their actual skill level.

Players may play in a skill level higher than their rating.

Players may not play in a skill level that is lower than their rating.

Players above 50 years of age may play in the "50+" bracket or the "any age" bracket

Players below the age of 50 may not play in the "50+"

50% refunds offered from 5/22/2025 until 6/15/2025 excluding the pickleball brackets $5.00 service fee.

No refunds for any reason after 6/15/2025.

REFUND FEES: ALL refunds will be subject to Stripe processing fees and the PickleballBrackets Software fee. The PickleballBrackets Software fee is non-refundable as stated at checkout. Refunds will be issued as quickly as possible, but could occur after the conclusion of the tournament.
