Welcome and thank you for playing in the Summer Motion Pickleball Tournament presented by River Cities Harvest! River Cities Harvest collects and distributes millions of pounds of food to local charities each year and it’s all possible because of folks like you supporting our tournament!

Tournament will be played at the Central Park Pickleball Courts. Parking is available on the street in front of the courts and the parking lot across the street behind the wall. There is also a parking lot behind Crabbe School!

Schedule of events for the weekend are as follows:

Saturday, June 24th

Players should check in at-least 15 minutes before their starting times.

Round Robin format 1 game to 15 win by one point. If your flight has two or more groups the top two teams from each group will move on to the medal rounds. Medal round games will be best 2 of 3 games. 1st to 11 by one in 3rd and final game.

Mens 3.0 Doubles start 9:00am

Mens 3.5 Doubles start 9:00am

Mens 4.0 Doubles start 1:00pm

Mens 4.5 Doubles start 9:30am. * Format will be 2 out of 3 games win by two in all games.

Womens 3.0 Doubles start 10:30am

Womens 3.5 Doubles start 11:30am

FREE Player cookout 11:00am hamburgers, hot dogs and all the fixings! spectators may purchase for $10 a plate!

Sunday, June 25th

3.0 Mixed Doubles start 9:00am

3.5 Mixed Doubles start 9:00am

4.0+ Mixed doubles start 11:30am

Player cookout 11:00am same as Saturday!

Before your first match you and your partner should check in at the tournament desk so that we know that you are here! The volunteers from River Cities Harvest will then give you a lunch ticket AND a nice player gift! Please wear sunscreen and bring water for your matches! Most of all have fun in the spirit of competition and be safe!

PS: There may be prizes for those that come in their best patriotic attire! Remember Halloween?
