Teams can be made up of any gender combination! You sign up for the skill level of you and your partner and play against same rated players. Your registration fee not only covers the tournament, but you will also receive a food ticket (or wristband) that will allow you to enjoy lunch / dinner (depending on the time of your bracket) and open play for the day at our newly dedicated pickleball courts.

This is an outdoor tournament as our 'Pickledome' comes down the week of May 23, 2022.

There will be up to a 50% refund for events that are cancelled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen event.

*Refunds minus a $5 processing fee for withdrawals from the tournament up through June 2, 2022.

*NO refunds after June 3 for ANY reason.

*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the afternoon prior to the event.

For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then the player can take your spot for tournament play; payment would need to be worked out amongst yourselves.

*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several weeks to process.
