📜 CODE OF CONDUCT
All participants, spectators, and staff are expected to uphold a positive, respectful environment throughout the tournament. By registering, you agree to the following standards:
Player Expectations
• Demonstrate sportsmanship, integrity, and respect toward opponents, partners, referees, and staff
• Follow all facility rules and staff instructions
• Use appropriate language and behavior at all times
• Wear non‑marking court shoes at all times on the courts
• Avoid any form of harassment, intimidation, or unsportsmanlike conduct
• Compete fairly and honestly — no sandbagging, cheating, or manipulation of play
• Consider wearing eye protection for your safety and the safety of others
Zero‑Tolerance Behaviors
The following may result in warnings, removal from the event, or facility suspension:
• Aggressive or threatening behavior
• Verbal abuse or profanity directed at others
• Damage to facility property
• Refusal to follow staff direction
• Any conduct that disrupts play or compromises safety
Incident Handling - All incidents will be documented by staff and reviewed by management. Consequences will be determined by the Tournament Director.
