This event is open to all players from 2.5-5.0 with events broken down by skill level first and then age division dependent on the total number of teams/players registered within each skill level of play. Formatting includes round-robin play with brackets to follow with the majority of players competing in 7-9 games during this event.
Registration Rates/Packages:
Bronze - $95 - package includes registration only, access to Pickleball Village (vendor booths), viewing access to non-private events, and player swag bag at check-in with event shirt included.
Silver - $295 - package includes registration, participation in 1 event, access to Open Play times, daily grab-n-go breakfast & lunch, access to Pickleball Village (vendor booths), invitation to event reception Day 1 from 4P-10P, and player swag bag at check-in with event shirt included.
Gold - $495 - package includes registration, participation in up to 3 events, access to Open Play times, daily grab-n-go breakfast & lunch, access to Pickleball Village (vendor booths), invitation to event reception Day 1 from 4P-10P, access to Pro Clinic, access to Pro Exhibition, two complimentary drink tickets at reception, and player swag bag at check-in with event shirt included.
Schedule – scheduling is subject to change at the discretion of the event director when and where needed with finalized dates and times coming out 10 days prior to the event. Below are the tentative and expected times for play to take place.
6/5 - Pro Clinic, Cash Prize Qualifiers (those with team DUPR ratings under 10.0), Women's Singles 3.0-5.0, Men's Singles 3.0-4.0, Reception 4P-10P
6/6 - Women's Doubles 3.0-5.0, Men's Singles 4.0-5.0, OPEN Women's Doubles Cash Event, Junior Doubles (DUPR 3.74 or Less)
6/7 - Men's Doubles 3.0-5.0, OPEN Men's Doubles Cash Event
6/8 - Mixed Doubles 3.0-5.0, OPEN Mixed Doubles Cash Event, Junior Singles (DUPR 3.74 or Less)
Format – there is a 6 game guarantee in place; single game round-robin matches played to 15, win by 2, for doubles followed by brackets with best 2 of 3 set for bracket medal matches; singles matches will include rally scoring to 21, win by 2.
Divisions - to simplify registration, all registrations will be sorted by skill level during the registration process before being sorted by age when and where possible.
