No refunds for cancellations after April 4, 2026. Refund on all but services fees upon request. free substitutions will be allowed.
Rain out back up date is April 25th and 26th 2026. No refunds for those that do not cancel by April 4th.
Club will reimburse if both weekends have to cancel due to rain registration cost minus the service fees ($10 required by the tournament software and the credit card processing fee) if neither date is playable due to rain cancellation.
