Welcome to the Sunshine Coast vs Noosa Doubles Competition on October 29th, held at Caloundra Indoor Stadium.

Registration opens September 11th @ 8.00am for SCPC and Noosa players with up to date club membership ONLY.

Registration closes October 14th 11.55pm.

This tournament will use current IFP rules that can be found at IFP Official Rules of Pickleball.

This tournament will be "Recognised" by Pickleball Australia Association.

Results of games will change your current Pickleball Brackets Rating.

Specific details as listed below.

- Everyone registering must be either a SCPC or Noosa Pickleball Club current financial member.

- All entries will be checked and verified on the PAQ Revolution Membership Register.

- Entry Fee $35 per player. Second event entries $15.

- Events are limited to 6 teams per event, 3 teams from each club.

- Entries will be taken in a first in first served basis.

- All Players are guaranteed 3 games, full events will have 5 guaranteed round robin games plus finals.

- Round robin games will be games to 11 win by 1, Finals will be 1 game to 15 win by 2.

- Winners of events will be recorded and photographed for club records.

- A perpetual trophy will be played for, a tally of points will determine the winning club, Gold placing = 3

points, Silver placing= 2 points and Bronze placing =1 point.

Please note-

When registration is closed any event with insufficient numbers for a competition will need to be collapsed and combined with another event. Competitors in the collapsed event will be notified.

The tournament director reserves the right to cancel or modify events and/or schedule as needed pending influences beyond our control.

This is a recognised tournament limited to SCPC and Noosa Pickleball Club members only. Numbers are restricted in each event. Its is recommended that you register early. If the event you want to compete in is already full, or there are already 3 teams from your club registered, you will be placed on the waitlist.

This does not mean you will not be able to compete. It means that we will try to accommodate your registration as places become available. You will be automatically be notified if/when you moved from the waitlist.

Everyone registering should ideally have a partner registering also at close to the same time. A registration is considered complete when the Team is complete. Both players must register within 4 days of the first players registration or the Team will be moved to the Waitlist. Participants are required to enter events at their current skill rating. If you are not rated, consult the self rating guide which can be downloaded from the top of this page (Flyer)

Tournament entry opens 7.30am.

Women’s Doubles start at: 8:00am

Men’s Doubles start from: 10.00am

Mixed Doubles start from: 12:30pm

Social function for all players at Golden Beach Tavern from 4:00pm.

Player requests for withdrawals will be accepted until Sunday 22nd October , 2023 at 6pm, with a refund less a $10 administration fee.
