Premier Racquet Club presents the Surrey Cup . This is our sixth event of our Canadian Series for 2023.

This will be a Pickleball Canada sanctioned event, every registrant must have a current Pickleball Canada membership or register for one. the tournament director reserves the right to combine or spilt events as necessary.

Your spot is not guaranteed until both partners are fully paid and registered.

This will be a skill and age event.

Skill Level brackets will be combined if the number of entries does not support separating them.

Medals will be awarded to the top three teams in each or (combined) bracket except for the money prize brackets.

FORMAT

Round Robin in pools - 1 game to 15 to 15, win by 2

* Semi-final - 1 game to 15, win by 2

* Bronze medal game - 1 game to 15, win by 2

* Gold medal game - best 2 out of 3 to 11, win by 2

In an event if there is only one pool of 5 or less, then there will be no semi-final.

* Bronze medal - 3rd place vs 4th place, best 2 out of 3 to 11, win by 2

* Gold medal - 1st place vs 2nd place, best 2 out of 3 to 11, win by 2

Tournament ball will be yellow outdoor Franklin X-40.

**The Tournament Director reserves the right to add, combine, modify or cancel skill levels/events pending registration numbers**

A registration is considered complete when the Team is complete. BOTH players must register within 4 days of the first player's registration OR the team will be moved to the Waitlist.

***YOUR PLAYER PROFILE - should have "receive in game text messages" checked to "YES" AND Cell Carrier should be selected. This is how you will receive your game notifications and court assignments. FAILURE to SHOW UP ON TIME FOR YOUR GAME WILL RESULT IN A FORFEIT***. Please arrive 30 mins prior to the start time of your event.

Player requesting withdrawals will be accepted until Sep 4th, 2023 with a full refund less $15 administration fee.

After Sep 4th NO REFUNDS will be provided.
