FORMAT:

Round Robin with Medal Rounds.

Round Robin in Pools: 1 game to 15, win by 1

Semi-Final (not all categories): Best 2 of 3, games to 11, win by 2

Bronze Medal Games: 1 game to 15, win by 2

Gold Medal Games: Best 2 of 3, games to 11, win by 2

ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER AN EVENT

Age: An older player may play in a younger age group. A younger player may not play in an

older age group

Skill Level: The skill level of players is determined by their data in their Pickleball Brackets'

profile. Players may play at a higher skill level but cannot play at a lower level.

A pair's status in the tournament is not verified until the 2nd partner registers. Failure of the

2nd partner to register within five (5) days of the 1st player registering will move entrants to the waiting list.

To participate in this tournament, a current membership with Pickleball Canada is mandatory. All registrations will be processed through Pickleball Brackets (www.pickleballbrackets.com), and registrants must create an account on the Pickleball Brackets website if they don't have one. The process is free and easy to complete before the tournament registration dates.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to add, combine, modify or cancel skill levels/events pending registration numbers and may change start times if needed.

We are in the process of securing a food truck, so that food can be purchased at the courts.

Players are encouraged to bring:

Your own portable chairs.

A hat or umbrella for personal shade.

Lots of water.

A Pickleball Brackets fee of is added to each registration automatically and has to be paid to Pickleball Brackets regardless of attendance. This fee per event registration is NON-REFUNDABLE even within the refund policy period.

If there is inclement weather, or natural disasters out of our control, such as smoke from wild fires, all will be done to play matches. In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued less the non-refundable fee and an administration fee of $10.
